Very busy station during rush hour. Steep ramp on platform 2 makes it difficult for those with mobility issues. No lift to platforms. Platforms unpleasant in windy or cold weather. Quieter stations next stop either way has better facilities! Large car park a boon. Ticket booths on platform 1 and outside in addition to office on bridge.

A poor showing of a very busy commuter station. Open canopies with very small shelters from the wind and cold. Ticket office with waiting room on bridge, and ticket kiosks elsewhere. Steep ramp from platform 2 may be difficult for some. No lift. Other stations on this line have had makeovers but this one falls down badly.

Based on our journey from London being more than 3hrs 15 standing against the toilet door dud to over crowding we were then asked to stand in the rain whilst waiting for the taxi so they could close.. anyone with a care would have said we are closed but I'll hang on 10 mins due to the disruption. Very poor

Trains from Birmingham or Worcester on the Snow Hill lines. Not far from Blackheath. My trains skipped Langley Green. About 30 mins to or from South Birmingham. Ticket machine at station. Ticket office on bridge. Not sure if waiting room inside.

The only thing that lets this station down is a lack of a loo. They are few and far between on Snow Hill lines stations. I've always found the staff there to be friendly and helpful.

Rowley Regis station is generally clean and well organized, with ample free car parking (including electric car charge points) but the road the car park opens onto can become congested at peak times making getting in and out slow. The platforms feature several touch screen ticket kiosks and some limited seating options. The station can be considered disabled accessible due to ramp access to both platforms however they are on the steep side. Probably the main thing the station lacks is any kind of toilet facilities. Overall the station ticks a lot of boxes and is a great port of transport to and from the center of Birmingham.

It's a nice enough station with loads of parking space. The staff are dreadful, however. Especially that one man who is either outside on his phone, smoking all the time (and spitting on the ground) or off doing his taxi driving side job while people are waiting at the ticket office.
